SAP Message 5M582 - Both the leaving date/key must be either filled out or empty

Diagnosis You have only filled out one of the fields 'Hiring Date' and 'HiringKey'. However, you must fill out both fields. System Response Processing is interrupted until the error has been corrected. Procedure Fill out both fields or leave both fields empty.
