SAP Message 5M581 - Both the hiring date/key must be either filled or empty

Diagnosis You have only filled out one of the fields 'Hiring Date' and 'HiringKey'. However, you must fill out both of the fields . System Response Processing is interrupted until the error has been corrected. Procedure Fill out both fields or leave both fields empty.
