There was no record found for this employee for IT 74 subtype 1.

System Response
The infotype screen will not appear. In the absence of an IT 74 subtype1 record on the given date, payroll processing cannot start properly.Also, deafulting using feature 09LTR would not take place.

Procedure
An IT 74 subtype 1 record must be created, which is valid on the begindate of this record.
But, if the date in the message is not as expected then please look atthe follwoing logic which is used to determine the start date of thisrecord:
If the from date is filled on the initial Maintain HR Master Data(PA30)screen:
,,Set the Start date of the record as From date.
Otherwise:
,,Set the Start date as the maximum of (Join date, 1st May of thevacation year, next payroll run start date).
