Diagnosis
Several employees of the same accounting group have been assigned todifferent payroll accounting areas. Each of these payroll areas alsohas different data relating to the start date or end date of thepayroll period or to the payroll area payment date.

System Response
Since an accounting group requires a uniform assignment of start date,end date and payment date, the payroll cannot be run for any of theemployees of this group. And because this is valuated as a seriouserror, the entire payroll comes to a halt.

Procedure
Examine the assignments of all employees in the relevant accountinggroup with regard to the payroll area. Establish which employees havebeen assigned to the wrong accounting group or where the payment datais inconsistent, and make the necessary changes to ensure that the datais consistent.
