Diagnosis
Once a certain number of years (1998 = three years) have elapsed sincethe car was first registered, a change of rules occurs that gives riseto two changes.
Cars purchased during the first phase before the change of rules arevalued after the change of rules using a reduced (1998 = 75%) listprice value.
Cars purchased after the change of rules are not valued using the listprice. They are valued using the current purchase price instead.
To calculate the value of a free car correctly, the system needs toknow the reduction factor after the change of rules. This informationis stored as constant CARRD in table T511K. However, this constant doesnot exist at the moment.

System Response
An error is output and the valuation is canceled because the systemdoes not have the data it requires to perform the calculation.
