Diagnosis
The End Date of the proposed record did not conform to the Time
Constraint of the proposed Tax Framework Infotype.
This usually occurs with infotypes defined as Time Constraint = '1'.

System Response
The system automatically extends the End Date of the record in question
to "High Date", which has been predefined to 31.12.9999.

Procedure
No further action is required.
