Diagnosis
An error was encountered when attempting to pass the proposed Infotype
record through the infotype's Business Logic.

System Response
Once the system encounters a Business Logic error, it will halt further
creation of the Infotype. A message is generated to indicate the
nature of the problem that was encountered. The Infotype cannot
be created until the problem is resolved.
Since the four Tax Framework Infotypes are inter-related, other
infotypes to be converted for the employee relating to the same IT0224
record will not be created until the problem is resolved.

Procedure
Use transaction PA30 to review the employee's Infotype 0224 record
for the time frame indicated. The data which caused the Business Logic
can be corrected through this record. When the problem has been
corrected, use the Conversion program to convert the employee's
records.
