Diagnosis
Every XML file is required to have a root element. According to theschema or program settings in your system, &V1& is defined as theroot element of XML file &V2&.
However, in this case, an error occurred while the system attempted tocreate the specified root element during the generation of the XML file.

System Response
Because the system could not create the required root element, no XMLfile was generated.
