You try to set tax indicator 'R' for tax authority 'QRES'. This is notpossible due to the fact that there is not corresponding infotype 0461record with province of employment 'QC' and province of residence'Non-QC'.

Procedure
You can do one of the following:
1) Remove the indicator 'R' for tax authority 'QRES'.
2) Verify that infotype 0461 exists with province of employment 'QC'and province of residence ' Non-QC'.
3) In case infotype 0461 exists, verify that time frames of infotype0461 and 0464 match.
