The system displays this warning when the start date of the infotyperecord is before the TONI's (tax-on-income) effective date for thecorresponding province or territory. Personal non-refundable taxcreditsprior to TONI's efftive date will not be considered in the"tax-on- income" method of calculating individial provincial andterritorial tax deductions.

Procedure
Adjust the start date of the infotype record to TONI's effective datecorrespoding to the province/territory:
