Diagnosis
The Social Insurance Number (SIN) that you have specified for theemployee in Block 8 of the Record of Employment is 000-000-000. HRSDC,however, will reject any Record of Employment that is submitted via ROEWeb using the SIN 000-000-000.

System Response
The ROE Workbench will generate a Record of Employment with thespecified SIN, thereby enabling you to view the details of the presentROE, then copy them to a paper version of the form, if desired.
Note, however, that ROE Web will reject the present ROE if you attemptto submit it to HRSDC via the corresponding website.

Procedure
If you still wish to use ROE Web to submit the present ROE, then assigna valid SIN to the specified personnel number. Otherwise, submit a paperversion of the form - either by using the ROE Workbench in conjunctionwith ROE Laser Print, or by copying the details of the present ROE ontoa paper Record of Employment form issued by HRSDC.
