Diagnosis
Background processing is not permitted with the presentation server,because the ROE Workbench cannot ensure that presentation servers willremain available when the program is ultimately executed.

System Response
You cannot execute a program in the background unless you select theapplication server.

Procedure
If you wish to perform background processing, select the applicationserver.
