Diagnosis
This message is issued in response to either of the following scenarios:

• You deliberately de-selected the checkbox Launch ROE Laser Print
from the Record of Employment (ROE) - Exporter selection screen,then executed that application.

• An error occurred when the ROE Workbench attempted to run the ROE Laser
Print application automatically.

System Response
The ROE Exporter continues to export the selected form(s) and create theflat file.

Procedure
Once the ROE Exporter has finished, you must manually print theROE using the applications ROE Print or ROE Laser from Human Resourcesand Skills Development Canada (HRSDC), then obtain a valid ROE SerialNumber for each record.

Note
You must perform these actions before you import ROE data. As ROEdata is imported, the ROE Workbench will void all ROE records that lacka valid ROE Serial Number.
