Diagnosis
The ROE Workbench had to combine the Contact Person's given name,middle name/initial and surname into a full name, but could not findconfiguration for an applicable name format.

System Response
Unless you have configured your system otherwise, the ROE Workbenchconcatenates the Contact Person's given name, middle name/initial andsurname, separated by spaces.

Procedure
If you do not approve of the resulting name, configure your own nameformat in the following Personnel Administration IMG step:
