Diagnosis
The ROE Workbench encountered one of the following errors:

• An invalid Other Monies Code &V1&, which was not properly
configured as a cumulation wage type for other monies or payments forROE reporting
or

• A reserved technical wage type, which should not be used to process
other payments or benefits.

System Response
All wage types maintained in the standard ROE reporting wage typesubapplication R17 {ROE: Other payments or benefits (Block 17)}and assigned to the invalid Other Monies Code &V1& areignored; amounts in these wage types will not be reported as additionalpayments or benefits in Block 17 of the ROE.

Procedure
Verify the accuracy of your configuration in ROE Reporting for otherpayments and benefits via the following two Payroll Canada IMG steps:


• Reporting and Statistics

-> Record of Employment (ROE)
,,-> Record of Employment - ROE Workbench (New Version)
,,,,-> Maintain other payments or benefits (Block 17)
,,,,,,-> Define other payments or benefits
,,,,,,-> Assign wage types to other payments orbenefits

Note
The following technical wage types are reserved; they must not beassigned to cumulation wage types (i.e. Other Monies Codes) inROE Reporting wage type subapplication R17:
