SAP Message 5K156 - ROE Serial No. &1 already issued for the period from &2 to &3

Diagnosis An ROE with serial number &V1& has already been issued for theemployment period from &V2& to &V3&. System Response ROE processing for this employee is terminated. The ROE Workbench resumes processing with the next employee. Procedure Via the ROE History Viewer, verify that the specified ROE wassuccessfully issued for the employee.
