Diagnosis
The 'Magnetic Media Filing' box is checked, but the 'Write Data to
TemSe' is not.
If you intend to submit electronically, a TemSe file containing the
data to be submitted is required. The TemSe file is normally saved at
this time.

Procedure
If you intend to submit electronically using the data from this run,
click the 'Write Data to TemSe' option before running the report.
