Diagnosis
The employee has received an overpayment in the previous payrollperiod, which the current payroll run has detected. This overpayment isdisplayed as a negative net pay amount.
For example: An employee leaves in the middle of the previous month,but receives a full months salary in the previous pay period. When thecurrent payroll run occurs, the SAP R/3 System detects this overpaymentand displays it as a negative net pay amount.

Procedure
You may wish to raise a claim for the overpayment against the employeeconcerned.
