The first notices telling you to start paying Working Tax Credit willissued during March 2003. However, the start of the 42-day lead-in foremployers is not effective before 6 April 2003. Therefore the earliestthat you could must start paying the new Working Tax Credit throughpayroll is 18 May 2003. It is not available to enter the infotyperecord with beginning date before 18.05.2003.
