Diagnosis
This employee has no infotype SSP Control ( 0084) record ordefault Qualifying Day Pattern (QDP) for the time of this absence.
When the payroll runs, it must know what the QDP is for the employee, sothat it can generate the personal calendar correctly. The payroll getsthis information from either:

• A QDP set up in customising in the table SSP Qualifying Day Pattern
(T5G22) as default for all employees.
OR

• A valid SSP control record, that contains a QDP to override the
customising setting.

System Response
Your SAP system will not allow you to save this absence.

Procedure
Ask your system administrator if it is necessary either to have an SSPcontrol record for this employee, or if there should be a default QDPset up in your system.
