Diagnosis Statutory Paternity Pay (birth) is only available to an employee with ababy expected to be born on or after 6th April 2003. You have entered adate in field Expected delivery that is before this qualifyingdate. Procedure Review the eligibility of the employee for Statutory Paternity Pay(birth) and if required, enter an issue date for the Matching C ertificate after this qualifying date.
