SAP Message 5G249 - Intended SPL start date is more than &1 days after actual placement date

Diagnosis The date an employee intends to start Statutory Paternity Leave (SPL)when adopting a child cannot more than 49 days after the actualplacement date of the child. Procedure To ensure the employee's eligibility for Statutory Paternity Pay(adoption), maintain a date in field Intended start APP that is49 days or less after the date contained in field Actual placement .
