Diagnosis
The date that an employee intends to start Statutory Paternity Leave(SPL) when adopting a child cannot be earlier than the expectedplacement date or actual placement date of the child with the adoptingemployee.

Procedure
Enter an intended start date for SPL on or after the expected placementdate or actual placement date of the child with the adopting employee.
