SAP Message 5G247 - Intended start date of SAL is later than expected placement date of child

Diagnosis You have entered an intended start date for Statutory Adoption Leave(SAL) that is later than the expected placement date of the child. Thelatest date that an employee can begin a period of SAL is the expectedor actual date of placement of the adoptive child. Procedure Enter a start date for Statutory Adoption Leave (SAL) that is no laterthan the actual or expected placement date of the adoptive child.
