Diagnosis Either the field containing the expected placement date of the adoptivechild (Expected placement) or the field containing the actualplacement date of the child (Actual Placement) must bemaintained. Note: The field Expected placement is not mandatory.Leave this field unfilled if there is an entry in the field Actual Placement. Procedure Maintain one of these two fields with the relevant date.
