SAP Message 5G243 - Intended SAL start cannot be more than &1 weeks before expected placement

Diagnosis You have entered an ineligible date in the field Intended Start APP . An employee who is due to adopt a child cannot intend to startStatutory Adoption Leave (SAL) more than two weeks before the expectedplacement date of the child. This placement date is entered in thefield Expected placement . Procedure Enter a date in the field Intended start APP that is less than14 days before the expected placement date of the adopted child.
