Your R/3 system is forced to make a retro calculation in this situation.Thus a payment made in error correction for a present period or a futureperiod is not permitted.
In other words, a payment made in error correction is always partof a retro calculation.

Procedure
Make sure that the period for which you want to make the payment made inerror correction is a period in the payroll past.
