Diagnosis
For the standard rate NI categories 'A', 'D', and 'F', an employee mustnot hold any certificates. However, by selecting one of the certificatetypes, you have indicated that the employee does have a certificate.

Procedure
If the employee does hold a certificate, use an NI category other than'A', 'D', or 'F'. If not, set the No cert. indicator.
