Diagnosis
When checking your query with data from the history, the systemdetected an inconsistency.

System Response
A dialog window displays the anomalies detected. If your query concernsthe creation of data in production mode and the message is of the E
type (fatal error), the program returns to the selection screen. Inthe other cases, the processing continues.

Procedure
To check the status of your data in the history, initiate thetransaction PB2A by indicating SV as applicationand BRCD as process type.
During the generation of a file using the program RPLDUCFO, thesequences of statuses is the following:
- a switch to mode test with update generates status filesautomatically File BRC/TEST
- a switch to production mode generates files in status FileBRC/PROD created
When you have sent your forms and/or files to the social organizations,you must assign the status File BRC/PROD sent to thecorresponding production data: click on the line corresponding to thisdata then depress Execute. Then click on the option Yes,status sent.
If by error you have marked in the history that a file has been sent tothe social organizations and you would like to reinitiate the process,destroy the file previously created by using the option Break
in the menu bar of the PB2A transaction then Otheradministration, then select your file(s) then clickon Deletions. From that moment, the program RPLDUCFO nolonger takes this file into account.
