System Response
The system displays an error message and interrupts the processing.

Procedure
To issue a new statement (AEM) for a given period, delete the initialstatement number stored in the infotype Contract elements
(P0016-CTNUM). The system automatically attributes a new statementnumber during the issuing of the new statement.
Note:
Do not forget to reissue any additional or corrected statements thatcorrespond to this work contract given that the initial statement numberappears in it.
