System Response
Flat-rate taxation for tax class VI is not permitted according to §40bof the Income Tax Laws.
According to §40b, Par. 2, 1 Income Tax Laws, and Income Tax Section129 (7), the following applies:
"Flat rate taxation generally requires that the comprehensive pensioninsurance benefits are taken from the initial employment status, and istherefore not applicable for employees in tax class VI."

Procedure
Code the corresponding infotype 0026 record 'company insurance' with'company insurance' with 'individual tax'.
