Diagnosis
If you do not have the tax card and the issue date is set, the fieldsthat are assigned for direct entries on the tax card, are not ready forinput.
You cannot change these fields.
The fields that correspond to direct entries on the tax card areindicated by STK in screen 2000 of MP001200 in the second modificationgroup.

Procedure
When you have the tax card, delete the issue date. All fields are nowready for input.
