Diagnosis
The employee group key (DEUEV) is valid as of 1.1.1999. However, thecurrent processed infotype records start prior to this date. For thisreason, an entry in the 'employee group' field is not possible.

Procedure
If the current record ends before 1.1.1999, you can leave the 'persongroup' field empty.
If the record ends after 1.1.1999, you must delimit it to 1.1.1999. Todo this, copy the existing infotype record to a new record with thestart date of 1.1.1999. You can then enter the employee group for thecopied record.
