Diagnosis
The street name must have at least two charaters and must begin with aletter or digit. The last place in the street name can only be aletter, digit, period, or a closed paranthesis
For foreign addresses, the street name must likewise have at least twocharacters, and the last place can only be a letter, digit, apostrophe,period or a closed paranthesis.
