According to § 28 Nr.1 Code of Social Law III, persons that havecompleted their 65th year are exempt from insurance regarding theemployee's contribution. According to § 346 Chp.3 Code of Social LawIII, the employer must pay the half of the contribution for theseemployees.
This is not relevant here, because the person has not yet reached thisage limit.
