Diagnosis
You have either deactivated or reactivated the current displayed entry.

System Response
Active entries are indicated by upper case letters in the reportingfield. Deactivated entries are indicated by lower case letters.
A deactivated entry is not taken into account when creating forms ordata carriers. The displays and statistics are corrected accordingly.

Procedure
If you, as administrator, notice a combination that is unknown to thesystem, which makes a certain data record superfluous, you candeactivate this record as long as the relevant reporting field ispositively represented. Neutrally displayed entries can not beactivated or deactivated.
For example, you can deactivate an automatically created payroll cardrequest, if you already have the card.
