Using this number, the data records in a data medium exchange for thesettlement of leave entitlement and interim payments are registered.Data records for the insured persons list - in particular the payrollcard requests - cannot be registered with this number.

Procedure
As soon as the requested payroll card is available and the EE number isknown, you must correct the number in the infotype without carrying outtime delimitation.
If necessary, this correction causes a retroactive accounting for thisemployee, for whom the data records already transmitted are notreregistered. The data records that have not been transmitted areresubmitted.
