If the employee number is not complete, for example, it has blankcharacters, then this is a violation of this rule.

System Response
The employee cannot be considered for settlements, data medium exchangein the pension fund, and so on.

Procedure
Enter a valid, complete employee number.
If you have already requested for a wage card for an employee, but itis not yet available, you can use a temporary EE number, that has'00000' as the last five digits.
