Diagnosis
If the procedure for creating DEUEV notifications is repeated,notifications flagged as 'new' are deleted before notifications areactually created.
An error occurred when notification &v1& was deleted.

System Response
The notification that has not been deleted is probably still in theDEUEV notification tables. However, it may have been created once againby the current program run.

Procedure
Find out whether new notifications exist twice for these personnelnumbers, and lock them if necessary.
