Diagnosis
In addition to your entry in the Scale field, you have entered afixed withholding tax amount or a withholding tax percentage.
In these instances, the scale is merely displayed in withholding taxevaluations. It is not used to calculate withholding tax in payroll.

Procedure
If you want to use the withholding tax scale from the withholding taxtable to calculate withholding tax, you must not enter anything in theWithholding tax amount or Withholding tax percentagefields.
