Diagnosis When the SI start date of wage type &V2& was postponed to &V3& inclient &V1&, an internal error occurred. One of the records to bechanged could not be found. The cause of the problem could be anunexpected initial constellation of the wage type's interval limits, ora program error. The SI start date is the date as of which the Swisswage type entries (field MOLGA = '02') in table T512W must containcoding to enable the new SI to be used. (The entries previouslycontained coding to enable the old SI module to be used.) If thisreport runs during an upgrade, the postponement is made to 01.01.2002for customers who implemented the new SI in Release 3.1I before theupgrade. If this report is started manually using report RPU40AC0, thepostponement is made to the start date of subapplication SV01 in tableT596D. To determine the original SI start date to be postponed to &V3&,the system searches for a split between 12.31.1997 and 01.01.2002. Boththe entries before and after are then imported and changed. System Response The wage type is not converted. This can cause errors in payroll(reports RPCALCC0 and RPCALCCM) and in evaluations that process payrollresults. Procedure If you do not use Swiss Payroll> or do not run Swiss Payrollin client &V1&, you can ignore this message and all other errormessages associated with the program.> Otherwise, you must remove the cause of the error and restart theconversion before your first live payroll or evaluation as follows: Use the information in note 426423 and the documentation on reportRPU40BX_CH_SVLGARTS> to determine whetheryou can set up the initial constellation expected by the report intable T512W yourself. Change the delimitations accordingly. Once youhave checked the date of subapplication SV01 (table T596D), run programRPU40AC0> to restart the conversion in client &V1&. If this is not possible, or if the entries do not appear to beinconsistent, please contact SAP Support.Procedure for System Administration If you use Swiss Payroll, inform the HR administrator who isresponsible. |
