Diagnosis
The system is trying to create or delete relationships to the specifiedobject. The object, however, is currently locked (because it is beingprocessed by a different transaction, for example).

System Response
This lock prevents the system from ensuring that the relationships areconsistent. For this reason, the relationships are not created ordeleted in this step.

Procedure
Make sure that the specified object is not locked before you repeatthis step. If you want to display the lock entries, choose Tools ->Administration -> Monitor -> Lock entries.
