In the Customizing setting "Maintain Relationship Characteristics"(Organizational Management IMG -> Basic Settings -> MaintainRelationships/T77AR and T77AV) it is specified, that a percentage checkis to be carried out for this relationship, which can, for example(according to the type of relationship), check for overstaffing.
This setting also records whether this message is to be given asinformation (I), warning (W) or error (E).
Personnel Adminstration transactions:
Integration between Personnel Administration and OrganizationalManagement is active. The action that you have carried out in PersonnelAdministration has caused changes to relationships in OrganizationalManagement, which have triggered this message.
