System Response
Program RPRFIN00_40 for creation of posting runs requests a new postingrun number for each run. The number range object for the posting runnumber is, however, locked until creation of the posting run has beencompleted. During this time, the system prevents other users fromstarting the program.

Procedure
Wait until user &v1& has stopped using the program. If the program isstill locked after user &v1& is finished, please contact your systemadministrator.
