SAP Message 56693 - Error while writing table T706S

Diagnosis
An error occurred when writing data to table T706S.

System Response
In the Travel Management module, the omission of screens is alsocontrolled by table T706S. The following screens are not processed ifan 'X' has not been entered in table T706S-Dxxxx (xxxx stands for thescreen number).

In addition, the KZREA and KZTXT fields of table T706D are moved tofields KZREA and KZTXT of table T706S. Fields KZREA and KZTXT of tableT706D are then deleted.

Procedure
You have two options for solving the problem:

  • Check table T706S.

    • Start the copy program RPRTRV_KONST. To do so, you must insert an * atthe beginning of the 'Stop' command line in the report to indicate thatit is only a comment. After you start the report, you can thenspecify, in the selection screen, the client in which you want tableT706S initialized.

    • Check table T706S.

      • Enter an 'X' manually in table T706S in the Dxxxx fields.
      Copy the KZREA and KZTKT fields of table T706D manually to table T706S.
