Diagnosis
The system was able to save the trip but was unable to read thePayroll Status infotype (0003).

System Response
If an employee has no trips yet, the Trips Assigned indicatorneeds to be set for the first trip of that employee. Since thePayroll Status infotype cannot be read, you may need tosubsequently select the Trips Assigned indicator.

Procedure
Check whether the Trips Assigned indicator is selected in theTravel Privileges infotype (0017).
You can set the indicator manually or by saving the trip again.
