SAP Message 56481 - Deletion not possible (request has already been approved or canceled)

Diagnosis You are trying to delete a travel request that has already beenapproved or deleted. Procedure The System is set up so that travel requests are saved in the System.If the request has been approved, it can therefore only be canceled andnot deleted. Canceled requests remain stored in the System.
