Reoccurring trips to a specific destination need to be grouped togetherfor tax reasons, in order to be able to change the accounting andtaxation method after a certain amount of time (for example, threemonths).
In order to be able to identify reoccurring destinations, destinationsmust be entered in detail: This means that destinations can only beentered using input help. Input help consists of a dialog-box in whichthe upper area of the list contains the destinations already visited.If you have to travel to a specific destination again, you can thenselect this destination from the list. New destinations can be created,by entering the street and location details, in the lower section ofthe list. This ensures that reoccurring trips to a specific destinationare always created with the same destination name and details.
