Set up a master cost center in infotype 0001 (OrganizationalAssignment) for the personnel number.
As an alternative you have the option to create a travelexpenses-specific cost center in infotype 0017 (Travel Privileges) orin infotype 0027 (Cost Assignment, subtype 02).
