Diagnosis
In view V_T702N_M (IMG activity: Define miles/kilometers cumulation),the cumulation procedure dependent on vehicle type and class was set.In view V_T706F1 (IMG activity: Assign cumulation procedure to vehicletype/class), the procedure 'Cumulation according to period parameter'was chosen for the current combination of vehicle type and vehicleclas. This cumulation procedure is not possible for the currentpersonnel number, because the necessary period indicator has not beenmaintained in the employee's master data (infotype 0017).

Procedure
If cumulation according to period parameter is to be possible for thispersonnel number, a valid period parameter must be stored in theemployee's Travel Privileges (infotype 0017). Otherwise, a combinationof vehicle type and vehicle class must be selected in trip data (miles/kms distribution) that does not require cumulation according to periodparameter.
